A.M.C.S. College is a composite college with +2 and +3 streams. The institution was established in 1989 and imparts teaching in Arts and Science. The college is affiliated to CHSE (0), Bhubaneswar and Berhampur University.

The college is having 1386 students at present. Total no. of teaching staff & non-teaching staff members are rendering their service for institution. Staff members are cooperative, sincere and dedicated. The college is co-educational institution and most of the student belong to ST & SC category. 60% students are girls. Most of the students are coming from the remote areas. The college is disciplined and is having a good academic record.
